Growtomation is a fast-paced and certified HubSpot agency that works with SMBs and mid-sized companies across the globe. We're currently in boot-strap mode with a team of 12 people, currently looking to scale our efforts and grow the team.

Job Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Associate Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team! We’re super early-stage, and this will be similar to a role in a start-up. It’s not a typical 9-5 job and is best suited to someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the time and effort to be successful.

This is not a remote job. We’re working at minimum capacity, and this role will require you to come to the office. You should be available to start immediately. :)

You Are:

• You’re ready to soak in knowledge like a sponge.
• You have 1-2 years of experience specifically in project management

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage HubSpot projects and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Work closely with HubSpot experts in the team to Define and develop business requirements, and statements of work for necessary approvals from clients and internally.
• Work closely with the founders and sales team to manage incoming requests and maintain 
  the calendars for upcoming meetings.
• Scheduling and hosting project kickoff meetings along with HubSpot experts, with frequent check-ins and weekly updates.
• Streamlining communication between internal team members
• Sending progress updates to clients on a weekly basis
• Helping us across the board with email reviews, PPT reviews, website reviews, and more.
• Experience in using ClickUp / Asana or any other project management tool.

Overall:

• This is a hustling profile and you will have to be on board to get your hands dirty and have the 
  zeal to get things done.
• Experience with knowledge about B2B/SaaS businesses preferred
• Experience and knowledge about HubSpot is a BONUS.
• Willing to work in a Startup culture and small team.
• If you've worked in an agency before, that's a BIG plus.
