Demand Generation / Growth Manager

Job Description:

We are already doing so through HubSpot, Salesforce, and content marketing, and moving at a fast pace toward other tech stacks and capabilities.

Now we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Hacker: Demand Gen to join us. As a Growth Hacker: Demand Gen you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth for us and our clients. Your expertise in MarkOps and SalesOps along with CRM tools to drive Martech and Salestech will be instrumental. You will be designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and leveraging automation tools to optimise the lead-generation process. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of demand generation tactics, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.

Growth Hackers: Demand Gen with experience in B2B and/or SaaS markets will be preferred. This role will help to execute and grow marketing campaigns/programs in order to improve thought leadership and generate leads to meet revenue objectives. Working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will support product launches, manage events, produce a wide range of lead generation materials and programs, analyse results, and make suggestions for improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to generate high-quality leads and achieve our revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Utilise Salesforce/HubSpot experts and consultants to help them create and manage campaigns, workflows, CRM, Admin, and other tasks as per the client’s satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing automation best practices to optimise lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and conversion.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Create compelling and engaging content across multiple channels (website, email, social media, etc.) to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and effective landing pages, emails, and other marketing assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimise marketing campaigns through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Train and educate internal teams and clients on demand-generation strategies, tools, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  •  Proven work experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, preferably in a HubSpot and Salesforce agency environment.
  •  In-depth knowledge of demand generation tactics, marketing automation, and CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce).
  •  Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing demand-generation strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO.
  •   Experience with marketing automation tools, lead nurturing, lead scoring and conversion rate optimization.
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  •   Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  •  CRM certifications are highly desirable.
