Job Role- Assistant - Founder Office

We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilise HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We are one of the fastest-growing companies based out of Gurgaon with an amazing team increasing exponentially each month. We have a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine that is growing 30% M-o-M as well.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with founders on key pillars of the business - product, sales, marketing, categories and operations
• High quality communication, writing and documentation skills and email handling.
• Managing cross-functional work streams, ideation, planning, and execution. Prepare detailed project notes and actionable plan before jumping into action.
• Support decision making with fact-based data analysis, competitive intelligence and market research.
• Work closely with different teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level
• Ownership of periodic review of reporting activities and other top management reviews
• Ensure that you find resources from within the company or outside to complete the projects at hand
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as secretary / assistant to CXO
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related 
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise
• And manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Oce Suite and Google Workspace

• Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
• Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
• Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
