Job Description

The API Integration Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining various system integrations in HubSpot which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs and file transfers. Primary responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently work on multiple projects, and with different resolution teams and 
  clients.
• Help resolve technical issues encountered by both the client and the project team.
• Participate in the deployment of HubSpot integrations using APIs 
• Trouble-shoot issues related to HubSpot integrations
• Configure the different API systems
• Test and manage bugs and requests for new features
• Execute functionality tests on the implemented scenarios
• Participate in the technical modifications of the integration plans
• Design, develop and maintain API integration solutions between multiple systems.
• Monitor API usage, performance and analytics to identify and resolve issues.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging API trends, technologies and best practices.
• Ensure API integration solutions are scalable and maintainable over time.

Skills

• Expertise in fetching REST API on different languages
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, development and integration.
• Must have expertise in Node JS, Javascript
• Experience in Python, Curl, etc (optional)
• Having practical expertise for REST API Libraries in Node JS: Axios request etc.
• All methods of fetching REST API in Javascript
• Expertise in Postman for testing APIs
• Expert in to perform CRUD operations in APIs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
