We’re now looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 4+ years of exp. who could help us bring up our design language internally + also help the larger team with QC and consistency of the regular deliverables for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality of designs across various collaterals like landing pages, websites, emails, blogs, social media graphics, etc.
• Create compelling and effective designs of landing pages, websites, emails, blogs, social media graphics, etc. for our clients, and internal efforts
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Liaison with the client representatives to understand business needs, requirements and curate effective design solutions which convert
• Need to have knowledge of marketing and sales best practices (Ad creatives, social media posts, landing pages, website pages, email marketing, offline creatives and online event creatives)
• MUST HAVE: strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Soft requirements:

• Willing to work in a Startup culture
• Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
• Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
• Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
