Sales Development Representative

Job Role: Sales Executive

Work Experience: 1-3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify the Customer's objectives and pitch value proposition.
  • End-to-end Client Management: Own sales funnel through lead generation, outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists
  • Foster relationships: Invest in building strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Work collaboratively across teams: Technology, Growth, and Marketing
  • Execute sales plan: Envision strategy for business development and achieve Sales Quota
  • Process compliance: Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development inSAAS/Digital Marketing. Experience in International Markets.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email/proposal drafts creation, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.
  • Strong analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to use customer research & insight mining. Proficiency in MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Working experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc., and CRM platforms – Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc will be a huge advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate client objectives to the internal technical team.
